Cal Answers and HR BAIRS Community,

We are pleased to announce the Cal Answers Campus Workforce (HR) dashboards are now live. The Cal Answers team partnered with Human Resources professionals from central and campus units to develop dashboards to replace the HR reporting currently in BAIRS, which is being retired in December.

You can now find the first 2018-19 snapshot of undergraduate admissions data (applicants only) in the Cal Answers Undergraduate Applicants -> UG Applicant Counts tab.  Counts for both freshman and transfer applicants are up this year, compared to last year (5% and 3%, respectively).

The Spring 2017 Degree data is now available in the Cal Answers Student Demographics & Outcomes subject area.

• Degrees Earneddashboard displays the count of degree recipients as well as the count of degrees awarded prorated for students with multiple majors.

Do you have a favorite dashboard tab view in Cal Answers that you keep re-creating by filtering and managing the data table?  

Cal Answers Saved Customizations provide an efficient option for saving that favorite view so you can easily display without having to filter and arrange your data table. Once you create and save your customized view you can apply as need, edit, share with your colleagues and even set it as the default or opening view of the tab,

Cal Answers’ Briefing Books allow you to save a static snapshot of your dashboard page(s) that includes the applied filters and any data table formatting in one or more PDF files. Once created, you can add to, re-order and /or delete dashboard content to update your Briefing Book.  You can download your Briefing Book to share with others for review offline.
