In April the Office of the CFO and campus finance leaders launched the Cal Answers Student Data Super User Program, which will eventually become the Cal Answers Student Data Community of Practice. Super Users will provide the important function of ensuring our campus has a cohesive group of senior-level data analysts with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to help define and analyze the most critical student data issues.

Over the weekend, the Enterprise Data Warehouse team upgraded Cal Answers to the latest version of Oracle software. Key enhancements include:
- New browser access options
- Faster dashboard response
- New features
- New look
For all these changes, rest assured that the way that you use the dashboards remains the same. There is nothing new you need to learn, other than to pay attention to which browser you use.

Consolidated Spend report
This new report allows you to view all types of spend including BluCard, Catalog, Non-Catalog, and Forms. You can analyze the results by either the number or amount of transactions. Key questions the report addresses include:
- What percentage of my overall spend is BluCard?
