Campus Summary Report
Campus Summary features three key metrics for both the current and prior year for the snapshot week you select:

Offerings Count

Enrollment Count

Course at Capacity Count
Select one week at a time to track how courses are filling. The results display in a data table by campus unit, and you can drill from there for data at every organizational level, from the campus total to individual courses.
Filters
Snapshot is a required filter. Weeks leading up to the start of the term are prefixed with a minus sign. Select other filters as desired.
Report
The report presents data summarized by college or school. You can drill down several levels by selecting the links starting from Crs Rpt College Schl Shrt Nm and going all the way to the Course Title Nm.

Selecting a link in the column heading expands the columns for all rows in the report.

Selecting a link in a row expands the columns for that row only.

To go back one step, select the Back link on the left side below the report results.

If you drilled down multiple steps, you can select the Return link to go all the way back to the initial report.
Sample Question and Answer
For the Fall 2023 semester at Week -04, how many primary upper division courses in the Anthropology department were at capacity this year? How does that compare to last year at the same time?
Select the following filters and Apply:

The report shows 11 and 9 courses at capacity for this year and prior year respectively. Although we filtered on the Anthropology Department, the report still defaults to displaying only the College/School name (due to the filter, though, the data is only for Anthropology).
To be clear about what you see in the report, select the Clg of Letters & Science link and continue drilling until you see the Anthropology Department.
