HR Census

The HR Census dashboard uses data from our human resources system taken on specific dates to help understand the size, composition, and changes over time, for the campus and its constituent parts. The dashboard can, for example, help with diversity assessment, identifying impacts of staffing changes, or understanding areas of growth.

The Staff Retirement Metrics dashboard uses data from the human resources system taken on specific dates. The dashboard’s purpose is to assist you in planning your workforce strategy, taking into account the retirement likelihood of your staff. This visual analytics tool can help you assess the mix of employees in your unit, with a focus on retirement. It can help you understand if the workforce is balanced in terms of age and experience, or if it skewed in favor of one or the other. It can aid in succession planning.
