Student Data

Student Data

Cal Answers arranges and presents data from the Student Information System (SIS) in dashboards and reports that enable insights across four subject areas:

  1. Applicants
  2. Curriculum
  3. Demographics and Outcomes
  4. Financials

The data is grouped into several dashboards in each subject area so you can easily focus on a specific inquiry. The dashboards include multiple reports so you can view the data from different perspectives. Follow the link to a subject area to see descriptions of the dashboards and reports.

Latest Student Data loads

Latest Student Data Loads shows the date of the most recent load of student data by dashboard and data snapshot, e.g. Census vs. End of Term, first snapshot vs. second snapshot, etc.
