Come out for a live demo of Our Berkeley, a website of public-facing, interactive data visualizations and narratives on the major dimensions of our university with comparisons to peer institutions as benchmarks. Office of Planning and Analysis’ Institutional Research Analyst, Noam Manor and Data Visualization and Research Analyst, Sara Quigley who were instrumental in launching Our Berkeley will
- Illustrate how you can use data from Cal Answers to tell a story
- Explain the motivation for creating Our Berkeley and discuss the design approach and data sources
- Define how Our Berkeley information complements Cal Answers data
Check out the Our Berkeley dashboards, including Student Majors and the very popular Of Every 100 Students prior to the 13th and come prepared with any questions.
