The Gift Fund Detail report shows the values for starting balance, revenues and changes in fund balance, expenses, and ending balance for the period you select in the Required Inputs section to the left of the report. In addition to the beginning and ending periods, you must also select four columns for the report.
This report uses BFS signage, which is the same signage as the General Ledger dashboard. The Fund Accumulation and Purpose report uses Financial Statement signage, which is the same signage as the SRECNA report in the Financial Management Reporting dashboard.

If you want fewer than four columns of data in the report, you can select Blank for one, two, or three columns.

Note that the report data refreshes each time you make a selection from the drop-down lists. It is not possible to make multiple selections before a refresh.

While the report presentation is limited to four columns, you can download the data to see more columns.
Sort the data
By default the report data is sorted by the first column, and then further sorted by the other columns in the order they appear.

If you want the primary sort by another column, change your selections to make it Report Column 1.

It is also possible to keep the columns as they are and sort by column 2, 3, or 4. Simply click on the column heading.
