Download Data
Use the download button in the upper right corner and select Crosstab to download data.
The context sensitive menu presents several options. Select the first one only- “Gift Detail”. The others do not have the data in the report.
The context sensitive menu also allows you to choose Excel or CSV format. For data analysis purposes, select CSV because it is completely unformatted. The Excel format has merged cells and therefore is not convenient to use for further data analysis.
Caution
Do not select the Data option. It does not have the data in the report.
Share Dashboard
You can share the dashboard with others who have access by selecting the Share button in the upper right corner of the window. Share sends a customized report, including filters and column selections to the recipeint(s) you specify.
