Gift Accumulation Dashboard
There are some unique areas of exploration available in the Gift Accumulation dashboard:
- See where you have accumulated funds including funds that are sitting outside of your division
- See funds associated to a Principle Investigator with a CF2 code
Gift and Endowment Dashboard
- Use for more detailed information about a specific fund
- See balances for actuals, authorized budget, and encumbrances
Tying Data Across Dashboards
Gift Accumulation Dashboard and Gift/Endowment Terms and Balances Report
- Numbers will not tie to Gift/Endowment Terms and Balances report in the Gift/Endowment Reporting dashboard because some funds have authorized budget amounts and encumbrances whereas the Gift Accumulation dashboard only has actuals.
Gift Accumulation and General Ledger Reporting Dashboards
- You cannot do a one for one comparison by org between the Gift Accumulation and General Ledger Reporting dashboards; you need to compare by fund code.
- To tie data between the two dashboards, be sure to make the following selections"
- Business Unit: and select 1 – UC Berkeley and J – UC Office of the President
