Upgraded Cal Answers is now available

Cal Answers is now available, with an upgrade! You'll notice a slightly cleaner look, more chart options, and some updated icons. The upgrade also made it possible to sort data within graphs, copy data from results, and reuse columns. Visit the Cal Answers website for an overview of the changes that were made.

If you're new to the Cal Answers Finance dashboards, sign up for a class taught by Business Intelligence & Finance Systems trainer Jeremy Linneman. The classes are hands-on computer based training and will provide an overview of the finance dashboards and will walk you through some Cal Answers basics including accessing the dashboards, applying filters, and manipulating data tables. More information about the classes and the links to sign up for a class on the UC Learning Center are available on the Cal Answers website.

Just a reminder for our Cal Answers Financial users; we're continuing our office hours through March, to help answer your questions about pulling data from Cal Answers without using BAIRS. Sign up for a 30 minute slot and bring your laptop and your questions. Please email us a link to the BAIRS report you're trying to recreate or a PDF of the report at calanswersfinancials@berkeley.edu two days before your appointment.
