Cal Answers HR Community,
As part of the UCPath conversion, we have updated the Cal Answers Position Management dashboard and we are pleased to announce it is now live with data from UCPath. The Campus Position Management dashboard you have been using up to this point has been renamed Legacy Campus Position Management dashboard and now includes only pre-UCPath data through March 8, 2019.
Release timeline for dashboards affected by UCPath
We're working to re-release the Cal Answers reports with data from UCPath and have posted the working draft of our timeline on the Cal Answers website.
Position Management dashboard - with UCPath data
This dashboard will allow you to review a list of positions in order to add or update chartstrings in the Funding Entry module in UCPath to minimize payroll going into suspense. You can also use the list of positions to clean up earn codes in UCPath.
There are no major changes to the way the new dashboard works; it's primarily different from the legacy dashboard because it is pulling data from UCPath as of March 2019. There is no legacy data in this dashboard. If you only need data from prior to the UCPath transition, please use the Legacy Campus Position Management dashboard. Additionally, there is also no longer a Position Exception report tab; exceptions are now included in the Position Roster and Position Funding report tabs.
