How to clear your browser cache
First, make sure you log out of Cal Answers. Then proceed.
An easy way to clear your cache is to go to your browser's history and delete it. You can choose whether to delete saved passwords and other data or just delete your browsing history.
For example, in Chrome select "ctrl+shift+delete" and choose "cached images and files" from the pop-up window. Set it to clear from "the beginning of time", then click "clear browsing data."
In Firefox "ctrl+shift+delete" will bring up a pop-up window that will let you select which time range to clear.
After you clear your cache, wait a couple of minutes and then log into Cal Answers again.
