System available without support, Monday-Friday, 5pm - 8am and Saturday-Sunday, 8am - 12am

If you have questions or feedback for the Cal Answers Team, please contact Campus Shared Services IT Application Support.

You may contact the Cal Answers Application Support in one of two ways:

Application Support is available Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. When contacting our support team, please provide as much information as possible about the nature of the problem you are experiencing, including the browser you are using, what screens you are on, and whether you are using a PC or MAC.

Office Hours

 Campus data analysts are currently offering Cal Answers Office Hours to assist new and continuing users with their questions about how to access, retrieve, and interpret data.

To schedule a 30-minute session, contact the Cal Answers Help Desk at calanswers-help@berkeley.edu or 664-9000 (ext. - option 1, then option 2). Please provide the Cal Answers question(s) you hope to address at the session.

Enhancement Project Requests

Use the Cal Answers Project Request form to request enhancements that will require a large amount of effort, including new dashboards and bringing new data sources to Cal Answers.
