In his May 16 campus-wide announcement, Chancellor Birgeneau updated the campus on the status of our Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accreditation review. The Chancellor reported that WASC gave UC Berkeley's report the highest rating, “Highly Developed," and that Cal Answers was among several initiatives receiving special recognition from the review panel.
