The Detailed Ethnicity report is an interactive report developed for Equity and Inclusion analysts. It displays census counts by semester, student level, entry status, campus unit, and detailed ethnicity.
Unlike other census reports, however, this report shows all ethnicity categories in which a student is counted, so a student with multiple ethnicities are counted in multiple rows in the tables.
Note that the university began collecting data about these very detailed ethnic categories at various points in time, so many categories show zero students up to specific terms.
Following UC and federal reporting guidelines, international students are counted only as international, regardless of race/ethnicity. As such, international students are not included in these tables.
