Remote Access to Cal Answers

If you are logging into Cal Answers from outside the UC Berkeley network (in a campus office, dorm, etc. or via AirBears2), we recommend that you login through Citrix or VPN.

When the Cal Answers Team runs security updates to Cal Answers, you must login through Citrix or VPN if logging in from outside the UC Berkeley network. Quarterly updates spanning two weeks usually take place starting in the third weeks of April, July, October, and January. There are also critical updates that happen off-schedule occasionally.

If you are logging in remotely, you must abide by the Cal Answers conditions of use
