New Summer Reports in Weekly Enrollment Mgmt Dashboard

The Student Curriculum - Weekly Enrollment Management dashboard now includes several new reports, most of which focus on Summer course offerings:

  • Summer Campus Summary - This report features 3 key metrics for a Summer term, including offering counts, enrollment counts, and a count of courses that have reached their enrollment limits, as well as comparative data for the equivalent week from the prior Summer term. You can select one week at a time to track how courses are filling, from the beginning of registration through the add/drop deadline.
  • Summer Course Tracking - This report features 8 key metrics for a selected registration week in a Summer term, including offering counts, enrollment counts, enrollment limits, waitlist counts, waitlist limits, % class filled, average class size, and the number of courses at capacity, as well as comparative prior year data. The result set is displayed in a data table that groups course information by course characteristics and can be filtered by course level and offering type.
  • Summer Class Tracking - This report features 4 key metrics in a Summer term for a selected registration week for classes, including enrollment, waitlist, rejected enrollment, and % class filled data. The result set is displayed in a data table grouped by class characteristics and can be filtered by course level and offering type. This tab will also display a table of any cancelled course sections that meet your filter criteria.
  • Summer Course Demand - This tab tracks impacted courses through 5 key metrics for a selected registration week in a Summer term, including enrollment counts, enrollment limits, waitlist counts, total demand (enrollment + waitlist), and % full, as well as comparative prior year data. The result set is displayed in a data table that groups information by course, sorted by % full.
  • Enrollment Over Time - This report shows enrollment counts in each week of a selected Fall, Spring, or Summer term, so that you can track how courses are filling over the course of that term. The result set is displayed as both a chart and in a data table.
