Student Applicants

Student Applicants offers data and analysis on undergraduate applicants allowing us to better understand the applicant pool, how it is changing over time, and our strategies and success in recruiting a strong and diverse student body.

Undergraduate Applicants

This dashboard allows you to view, over time, counts of applicants, admits, and statements of intent to register (SIRs). It includes charts of admit and yield rates, and allows you to drill down to intended major programs.

The third tab lets you create your own table of applicants, admits, or SIRs, grouped by up to four categories for multiple years. The subsequent tabs show average, 25th percentile, and 75th percentile SAT scores, ACT scores, high school GPAs, and transfer GPAs, for applicants, admits, and SIRs.

Departmental Teaching Workload

The second tab tells you how much teaching activity an academic unit received credit for by the type of instructor teaching.

The next tab tells you, for an instructor that was actively teaching in a given semester, to what academic department their classes, class enrollments and student credit hours were credited. The last tab allows you to look up an officially crosslisted or roomshared course to see the full information for the class listings in the bundle.

This dashboard allows you to track how your courses are filling week-to-week, from registration through add/drop.

Student Demographics and Outcomes reporting incorporates data for both registered students and awarded degrees. This data helps staff understand the composition and academic behaviors of our student body, as well as examine outcomes, such as retention and graduation, for different groups.
